What data we process and why
When you submit the contact form, we process the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number and message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a quote.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where we prepare a quote, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing your data is voluntary, but we can’t reply without an email address.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and no longer than 12 months afterwards — unless we start working together, in which case we keep it for the duration of the contract and any period required by law.
Who receives the data
Your data may be processed by our service providers: the company that hosts this website and our email provider. They act on our behalf under data processing agreements. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy,
- have it corrected,
- have it erased or its processing restricted,
- object to its processing,
- lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no cookies, analytics tools or third-party scripts. Fonts are served from our own server. The hosting server may record IP addresses and browser information in technical logs, solely to keep the site secure and working properly.
