Frequently asked
How much does managed IT cost?
It depends on the number of seats, servers and sites, and on the scope you need. After a free audit we prepare a concrete proposal with the scope of service and response times.
What does an 8-hour SLA response mean?
We guarantee to pick up every request within 8 hours at the latest. The contract sets out the details, including service hours and fault priorities.
Do we have to replace our hardware or software?
No. We start with what already works. We only suggest replacements where equipment is slow, insecure or uneconomical to maintain — always well in advance.
How do you protect the confidentiality of our data?
Only the people who look after you have access to your systems. On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement and a data processing agreement.
Do you work with companies outside Kraków?
Yes — on site across Lesser Poland, and remotely wherever you are.
